PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie, S .C.A. is a credit institution based in Luxembourg. It has its own regular license (according to the art. 2 of the law of 5/04/1993 on the financial sector and to further modifications) and it is subject to the prudential supervision of the supervisory authority of Luxemburg, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, based in L-1150 Luxembourg.
